If the US enters hyperinflation, can silver coins be used as money?

I have silver coins such as the American Eagle, Buffalo, and Canadian Maples. The us constitution has the coinage act, which states that copper and silver coins are considered as money to pay off debt. Ordered video game off ebay, will i be charged anything extra?

I live in Quebec, Canada…I ordered 2 video games off Ebay.ca from 2 canadian sellers (1 is located in Langley British columbia the other is located in Broadview Saskatchewan). I payed .50 for one game and .99 for the other….The purchases were made in USD currency because that is what i have in my Paypal account.
