Honestly, right now, the Canadian dollar is worth just a few cents less than the US dollar, so you’re really talking about a $2 item. I doubt you’d get very much at all at a pawn shop.
Generally, banks don’t exchange coins, although they will usually exchange bills (at a not too great rate). I’d probably either just hang on to it, or give it to a kid who might be interested in it.
