Can someone tell me if this coin is valuable?
I have a canadian dime that only has half of a date 19. The rest of it was not stamped I looked at it under high magnification and it was not sanded off it simply didn’t get struck. I am a coin collector and want to know the value of it and would be interested in selling it for the right offer

It sounds like you’ve got a "filled die". Remember that anything that is raised on the coin is depressed on the die. It’s possible for grease or other debris to get packed into those depressions, and when a coin is struck, that part of the design doesn’t show.
Filled dies are relatively common, and normally only sell for at most a couple of bucks over face value
