This is not a big ticket item, I don’t think you need to worry much about losing your fortune on postcards. Let say a 35 to 70 baht. depending on how many is in a pack.
Depends on where you buy them and what is on the cards.
‘You can get picture post cards with tourist sights for about $.40 Canadian. You can bargain with the people who are selling so get the best price.
When you arrive at Suvarnabhumi Airport go upstairs to the departure hall on the fourth floor. On the right hand side (section G) there’s a shopette with some very nice poste cards. I think they were about 8 baht (.25 cents) each. If you go further down (to the left near the back corner of the Airport) there’s a Thailand post office where you can buy stamps. I sent three post cards (2 to the US) and it cost 55 baht ($1.50). When you mail from the Airport it only takes a couple of days to get back to North American. It open 24 hours so its very convenient. Canadian money is near equal it US.
