Dear Financial and Legal Gurus?

If I was to hold on to physical, investment grade 24k gold coins, such as the American Eagle or Canadian Maple leaf, is this liable to be appropriated via some sort of future lawsuit? I would be holding on to them for retirement.

where to buy gold in LA?

I am looking to buy gold coins/ bars esp the canadian maple leaf since it is 99.9% pure. Why is Americal Eagle costlier than Canadian Maple Leaf?

Considering the fact that Canadian Maple leaf is 99.9% gold and American Eagle is only 91.6% gold, I’d expect the maple leaf to be costlier.
I’m trying to find if the maple leaf is lighter than americal eagle - that is whether 1 troy oz is the gold content of the eagle and not the actual coin weight.

Purchasing bullion coins in Hong Kong?

Gold Coins: how important is it that is came in its original mint package?

I am interested in buying some gold coins, like the American Eagle, Canadian Maple, etc.

I want to buy it for investment.

So it is it necessary/important that I get them in their orginally sealed state (as from the mint) and with a authenicity cerficate of BU (brilliant uncirculated)?
