Tarnish On Silver Coins?
I have purchased a number of new mint silver coins over the past few years - silver eagles and Canadian maple leafs - and today I noticed that a few have started to tarnish, turning black in places, even though they appear to be sealed in their original mint plastic envelopes. What sort of employer would be willing to pay in gold or silver ?
Specifically coin. Canadian Maple Leafs are nice.

Do "Foreign" GOLD COINS have 3 values? Do they have EXCHANGE RATES?
Do foreign gold coins (say, Canadian Maple Leafs and other countries gold coins) have 3 values to them? 1) collectors appreciation value and 2) Daily spot/market price of the gold itself and 3) the foreign exchange value.
