During his keynote address Beck stated reads the Constitution the only job of government is to protect us from the "bad guys."

When our Constitution spells out exactly what our government can raise taxes, duties, imposts and excises?

How are we justifying spending tax money on:

Education & Higher Education
Welfare
Health Insurance
Rx Drugs
Bailouts
Corporate Welfare
Agricultural Welfare
Research Projects not related to Defence
Foreign Aide
Etc…

The Constitution is pretty clear as to how Congress can spend out money.

taxing the rich and giving to the poor?

isn’t playing robin hood (socialism) unconstitutional? in article I section 8 it lists the reasons congress may tax, and all of congress’s other rights, and i dont see because the poor person needs it more on there. so where does obama draw this from?:
