What should I do with my gold coin?

So, my grandma gave me a one ounce gold coin, 99.99& purity (canadian maple leaf). Gold has been up lately and I think it just peaked and is now on it’s way down. Buyers are paying slight overvalue but I missed the prime opportunity of this ‘cycle’. Any educated predictions on what gold will peak at on it’s next run? I’m not desperate for the cash, but the sake of a hundred bucks extra or whatever I’d rather just be earning interest instead of waiting for the next cycle. Should I quit while I’m ahead or wait and get more ahead? Thanks
